Wix Reflection

Wix is a very simple tool to use for anyone who needs their own personal website. I honestly enjoy this site as a vessel to share my personal and professional life with anyone. Having easy access to my resume along with past pieces of work I have done is just another plus of Wix. This site makes me feel very confident about my presence online. By having a direct insight to how I think and compose things is an easy way for an employer to judge you in a professional sense.

Ensuing, the Wix site is also very easy to navigate. It provides easy template for an individual to follow. This helps someone map out their site for easy access to their work and resume, or anything else for that matter. I especially enjoy the contact page. It is linked straight to my email which just backs up the functionality of Wix. The only challenges I have encountered was when I had first created my site, I was confused about how to edit the major buttons. I kept clicking the words with only realizing later that pressing the menu button would solve my problem.

As for my communication goals, I aspire to grow. My excitement for my Comm Minor is immense. I have an outgoing personality and respond well to human interaction. The courses I have taken in psychology, sociology, philosophy, and human services have only reinforced my interest in better communicating my thoughts to others. Being open is what most people know me for. I want to be able to connect with more people; whether we connect on a cultural or social level, I want to be able to sympathize or empathize with individuals exceptionally. Some challenges I may face is my need of a "filter" and not being able to get my point across clearly. For most of my life, I have tried to tackle things with efficiency. My hopes for better communicating is to stay focused and be involved in class.
